HCSB Kids Enhancing financial literacy knowledge and awareness

bkg_header_kids_03

Hancock County Savings Bank is committed to working with our community school districts to enhance students’ financial literacy knowledge and awareness.

Research shows that students who have access to high-quality financial education have better financial outcomes as adults that result in less debt and higher quality of life.

Check our HCSBank.kids page often to see what programs are available in your area.

By partnering with EVERFI, our goal is to strengthen the community with financial literacy for students, maximizing student knowledge on critical financial topics and build financial capability. EVERFI delivers branded, interactive financial education courses on behalf of your financial institution at no cost to the school, students, or community.

We’re pleased to announce that Oak Glen Middle School grades 5 and 8 have been added to our 2024-25 Financial Literacy program. Check back here for updates, or follow us on Facebook and Instagram @HCSBankFSB.
