VISA® ACCOUNT UPDATER SERVICES Uninterrupted processing of your recurring payments

Visa^® Account Updater (VAU) is an account updating service in which your Hancock County Savings Bank Debit Card is automatically enrolled. When your Debit Card expires, or is lost or stolen, and a new card is issued, the VAU service may update relevant card data (card numbers and expiration dates) to merchants who participate in VAU.

Although, Visa^® requires all financial institutions to participate in the VAU service, this service is a benefit to you to help facilitate uninterrupted processing of your recurring payments.

Please be advised that merchants are not required to participate in the VAU service. Only participating merchants will receive the updated information and can choose the frequency at which they check for updated payment information.

To avoid service disruption, you should check with the merchant to ensure your card information has been updated.
