Salvation Army Kettles Drive in High Gear
You know the sound. Maybe it brings a certain peace over you during this special time of
year. The bells are ringing in our communities and that means one thing: The Salvation
Army Kettle Drive is in full force. Volunteers are manning the kettles and accepting
your generous donations.
Where can you give?
Kettles can be found in Weirton at Wal-Mart (both entrances), Kroger Three Springs and
Downtown, Shop ‘n Save, and at Tudor’s Biscuit World. In Wellsburg, you can find bell
kettle volunteers at Riesbeck’s and Kroger. In Steubenville, the kettles are located at
Rural King, Wal-Mart (both entrances), Kroger and Walgreens. Finally, in Wintersville
you can donate at Big Lots and Kroger. They’re ringing for the community in East
Liverpool too. In fact, the Corps in East Liverpool kicked off the giving season with an
annual Red Kettle Breakfast. Hancock County Savings Bank was proud to be a major
donor to help kick off the campaign at the breakfast.
We are so proud to live in communities where giving is such a priority. Thank you to all
who volunteer and donate to help make the season as bright as possible for our neighbors!
