HCSB Officers opened the doors Wednesday, August 19 as the Chester and Weirton lobbies officially reopened for business. We are happy to announce that the Chester and Weirton lobbies of Hancock County Savings Bank have reopened and we have returned to our normal business operations effective Wednesday, August 19.

At this time, for safety reasons, the New Cumberland lobby remains closed. Customers will continue to be served at the drive-thru and access to safe deposit boxes can be made by appointment.

As a welcome back gift, patrons were greeted with hand sanitizer and customized HCSB masks as they entered. New signs are on display to remind everyone to kindly keep a safe distance from one another. Our employees will continue to wear masks and the offices will be frequently sanitized to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

We would like to extend our deepest thanks to our customers for their patience and loyalty throughout this worldwide pandemic. While the events of the past months were out of our control, we believe it was for the benefit of our customers and staff that our lobbies be temporarily closed.

Not even masks can hide the fact that we are beaming with joy as we look forward to serving you within our normal manner once again.
