Introducing the HCSB Customer Service Staff

At Hancock County Savings Bank serving our customers and our community is always a team effort. We strive each and every day to always give great Customer Service. We would like to take a moment to introduce you to our Customer Service Representatives.

Amanda Durk has been with the bank since 2009. This past February she celebrated 11 years of service.

Angie Goettel has been with HCSB since September of 1989.  This September will mark 31 years that Angie has been with the bank.

Kathy Reese has been with HCSB since November of 2010. This November Kathy will celebrate her 10-year Anniversary.

Kristina Weltner has been with HCSB since 2016 and celebrated her 4-year anniversary in February.

Felicia Quinn came to HCSB in March of 2018. She celebrated her 2-year Anniversary this past March.

Sandy Morra has been with HCSB since September of 2011.  This year will mark 9 years Sandy has been with the bank.

Kaitlyn Safreed has been with the Bank since August of 2014. In  a few months she will celebrate 6 years with HCSB.

Jenny Colaber and Samantha Freeman are our newest additions to the Customer Service Department and they are both doing a great job.

The Chester Customer Service Department is led by Haley Davis. Haley has been with HCSB since May of 2013 recently completing her 7th year with the bank. She worked in Customer Service, as a Teller, and held the role of Teller Supervisor before recently accepting the position of Customer Service Manager.

 Stephanie Staley has been with HCSB since April of 1989. Stephanie has been with the bank for 31 years. She has worked in Customer Service as the Customer Service Manager before accepting the position of Operations Manager/Core Systems Administrator in the Customer Service Department.

The Weirton Branch is led by Branch Manager Deidra Edwards.   Deidra began her career with HCSB in January of 2018. She worked in the Lending department as a Loan Interviewer before accepting the position of Weirton Branch Manager. She will celebrate 3 years with the bank this coming January.
