  • Basket Donation to East Liverpool City Hospital Ladies Auxiliary

    HCSB appreciates the opportunity to support the East Liverpool City Hospital Ladies Auxiliary annual fundraiser themed the “Wizard of Oz” this year.  A Chinese auction basket put together by employee Liz Hupp, filled with “Wizard of Oz” items, was donated to add to the many other items at the event.
