Tips for First-Time Callers
- You must have a Touch-Tone Phone in order to use the HCSBank Line.
- You will need your Hancock County Savings Bank Account Numbers and the Social Security Number of each Account's Primary Accountholder.
- You will enter the Account Number you wish to access. The system will ask you to enter the last four digits of the Primary Accountholder's Social Security Number.
- For your security, you will be required to select a new 4-Digit PIN Number for each Account you wish to access.
